After reading the excellent Titandeath by Guy Haley a few months ago, I began to think about dropships and how they could be incorporated at the AT18 scale. I decided to try my hand at a smallish dropship designed to deploy a pair of Warhound titans. I quickly put aside the thought of using 3d printing due to the size/cost, so went with laser cut mdf. After a few coats of paint, the result is not so bad. Behold the Zebulon-pattern Dropship!

As a small experiment, I tried to build a Super-Heavy Tank at 8mm scale (whatever that means) with my k40 laser cutter and 3mm MDF. After a coat of paint the result is not so bad, and absolutely cheap if you already have the cutter.

With the lockdown looming last week and business slowing down, I decided to make some more time for the hobby and (re)start some projects that could lead to some play time with the kids. So… I ordered the latest Adeptus Titanicus boxed set from Games Workshop (awesome value). This way I can build a nice maniple with one Reaver and four warhounds, while starting some small games against the other Reaver + the Cerastii (Cerastuses?)
